Junior Designer

Role Overview

Goldstrom is a global, integrated physical precious metals trading and investment company headquartered in Singapore. We have offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Dubai, Accra, and Peru. Goldstrom’s operations cover the entire precious metals supply chain from mine through to market. We provide our clients with an end to end solution for all their precious metals requirements, including physical trading, financial trading, mining, refining, logistics, insurance, vaulting and marketing & distribution. 

We are seeking a Junior Designer to support the creative needs of the Goldstrom Group and Yalla Bullion, our e-commerce business. This is a hands-on role suited to a creative, organised and detail-oriented designer who enjoys working across a range of projects, formats and brands. You will produce and adapt creative assets across digital and print, supporting sales, marketing, e-commerce, social media, events and wider brand activity. You will work with different teams across the businesses, taking direction when needed while being able to manage your own workload and deliver high-quality work to deadlines. The role is located in Dubai with a requirement to be in the office fulltime. 

Key Responsibilities

Goldstrom Group

  • Produce sales and marketing collateral across digital and print formats. 

  • Support the creation of presentations, pitch materials and client-facing documents. 

  • Develop creative materials for events, the Goldstrom Academy and internal initiatives. 

  • Support the design and production of merchandise and branded materials. 

  • Create social media assets and other digital content. 

  • Adapt, resize and repurpose existing creative assets for different channels and formats. 

  • Support the wider marketing team with ad hoc design requirements across the Group. 

Yalla Bullion

  • Create creative assets to support retail launches, promotions and campaigns.

  • Produce social media graphics and other digital content. 

  • Develop e-commerce graphics and product assets. 

  • Support digital campaigns, promotions and product marketing activity. 

  • Adapt and resize creative assets for use across the website, social media and other digital channels. 

  • Help maintain a consistent visual identity across consumer-facing communications. 

Shared Responsibilities

  • Maintain organised design files, working files and digital asset libraries across both brands. 

  • Support the development and maintenance of templates, design systems and reusable creative assets. 

  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all deliverables. 

  • Work with external suppliers, printers and production vendors where required. 

  • Prepare artwork correctly for digital and print production. 

  • Check all work for accuracy, consistency and quality before delivery. 

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different teams and business areas. 

  • Keep up to date with relevant design, digital and social media trends. 

  • Support other creative projects and design requirements as the businesses evolve. 

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years' professional graphic design experience, ideally across digital and print marketing. 

  • Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy. 

  • Experience creating assets for social media, websites and digital channels. 

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. 

  • Working knowledge of Figma and Canva. 

  • Basic proficiency in PowerPoint. 

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles; video editing experience is advantageous. 

  • Degree, diploma or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field. 

  • Experience with e-commerce, packaging, photography, content production, motion graphics or After Effects/Premiere Pro would be advantageous. 

  • English required; Arabic or Russian would be advantageous, particularly for regional consumer marketing. 

  • Proactive, organised and reliable.
